Over the past four years, An Eye for Design has been proud to be involved in the Rugby Football Union’s (RFU) Impact 25 programme.

During this time, we have enjoyed meeting more than 122 grassroots clubs across the country, providing evidence-based advice to address their specific dilemmas and promote interior environments that fulfil the needs of all rugby players, male and female, as well as the ongoing legacy of youth teams.

This project has taken us nationwide and has been fulfilling on many levels. It has demonstrated that even the smallest well-considered changes can have a significant impact. Collaborating with grassroots clubs has been both a rewarding and memorable experience.
